4 meetings (27/10, 10/11, 24/11, 08/12) from 9.00 to 11.30.

Meditation and mindfulness create peace of mind. By bringing the attention in the present moment meditation and mindfulness can contribute to stress reduction, well-being, better concentration and learning.

Over the 4 Sundays, you will get an introduction to mindfulness and the world of meditation.
You will be guided through different mindfulness exercises and meditations that you can apply in your everyday life. Gentle yoga exercise will be integrated during the session.

About the teacher: My name is Alessandra. I am a yoga and meditation instructor mainly Hatha and Yin yoga styles and a LesMills instructor of bodyflowYoga is a way to get back into my body and ground myself into the earth. In these workshops I will incorporate mindfulness practices through which we can listen to the subtle voices of our body.
